Regular Boot Camp

  • FULL BODY: Multi muscles, multi joint movements, working the body in all planes of motion.
  • HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training.
  • UPPER BODY: Upper Body Strength Day, focusing on all the areas of the upper body
  • LOWER BODY: Lower Body Strength Day, focusing on all the areas of the lower body
  • CORE POWER: Working the posterior chain.
  • STRENGTH CHALLENGE: Slow it back down, focusing on slow strength, pushing you to hit moves we have done throughout the week
  • INJURY PREVENTION: Keying in on balance, knee strength, ankle strength, functional movements you take with you throughout your everyday activities.
