- UPPER BODY: Upper Body Strength Day, focusing on all the areas of the upper body
- LOWER BODY: Lower Body Strength Day, focusing on all the areas of the lower body
- CORE POWER: Working the posterior chain.
- STRENGTH CHALLENGE: Slow it back down, focusing on slow strength, pushing you to hit moves we have done throughout the week
- INJURY PREVENTION: Keying in on balance, knee strength, ankle strength, functional movements you take with you throughout your everyday activities.
