EveryBody Boot Camp is a gym that works with you to get results. You will leave your sessions feeling like you have more energy, feeling stronger, feeling accomplished and feeling celebrated. Between our InBody scan that breaks down your total body to show you things like your skeletal muscle, total dry lean mass, body fat, and muscle imbalances, our personalized one on one evaluations with a nationally certified or degreed coach, nutritional tips and informative workshops. We are here to be your one stop shop for all things fitness, nutrition and community.

We are conveniently located in North Scottsdale and Cave Creek Arizona.

Pairing Cardiovascular endurance with Strength Training will help fight against the adverse effects of the aging body. We not only focus on helping build up your skeletal muscle and decrease your body fat, but most importantly we focus on helping you feel your best in your body and throughout everyday activities.

Our team specially programs science-based workouts to enhance your quality of life.  Our gym is structured around 30-minute group classes with an array of 45-minute to 60-minute specialty classes that focus in on the needs of the members. We work with you to achieve specific goals and provide you realistic ways to achieve those goals.

Decrease your risk of injury & mobility with Dynamic Movement. 

Dynamic Warmups are the most effective movements you can do BEFORE your workout to prep your body for the workout ahead!

Dynamic Warmups are movements related to the movement pattern and muscles you will utilize during your workout. 

Static stretching consists of long holds and slow stretches, which are better geared for AFTER your workout. 

Static stretching before a workout actually increases your risk of injury, so do your body a favor and add some dynamic movements in before your workout to protect your body and more effectively reach your goals.
